Role Description The Real Estate Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves guiding prospective buyers and tenants through property options, conducting site visits, and providing detailed information on project features, pricing, and availability.

The Real Estate

Representative will manage inquiries, maintain strong customer relationships, and support sales closures through follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating property listings, tracking leads, preparing basic sales reports,



and ensuring a professional customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess relevant real estate credentials such as a Real Estate License and strong foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property.
- Candidates should possess customer-facing skills, including Customer Service capabilities and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and basic understanding of sales processes.
- Candidates should possess clear verbal and written communication skills and a qualified, client-focused approach.
