Role Description The Real Estate Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad, supporting clients throughout the property search, evaluation, and transaction process.

Responsibilities include identifying and presenting suitable residential and commercial properties, coordinating property visits, and explaining key features, pricing, and legal considerations.

The Real Estate

Associate will assist with lease and sale negotiations, prepare and review basic documentation in collaboration with legal consultants, and ensure compliance with relevant real estate regulations. The role involves maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, building strong client relationships,



and providing explicit guidance on investment options aligned with client needs. The Associate will also collaborate with internal teams to support marketing activities, maintain accurate records of leads and transactions, and contribute to client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions, including residential and commercial property dealings.
- Candidates should possess experience with Leases and Commercial Real Estate, particularly in negotiating and managing lease agreements.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Real Estate Development and related processes, such as project stages, approvals, and timelines.
- Candidates should possess excellent client-facing skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with local real estate markets in Pimpri Chinchwad and Pune, along with basic financial and investment concepts.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple property mandates simultaneously.
- Relevant education in real estate, finance, business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in real estate consultancy or sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client meetings and property visits, and use digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, communication platforms) effectively.
