The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining property projects, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to interested clients. Understand customer requirements, budgets, and property preferences.

Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into potential buyers. Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.



Maintain daily call records and update lead details.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate. Positive communication and convincing skills. Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.

Experience in real estate telecalling, telesales, or sales is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
