About The Role Medico Workforce is looking for a motivated React Developer to join its Information Technology team. The selected candidate will contribute to developing, maintaining, and improving web applications while collaborating with team members to deliver reliable, user-friendly digital solutions.

This opportunity is suitable for freshers and early-career developers who want to strengthen their frontend development skills, gain practical experience, and grow in a team-oriented remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.
- Build reusable components and improve application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured JavaScript and TypeScript code.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement application features.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
- Follow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
- Support application deployment and continuous improvement initiatives.





Required Qualifications

- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience; freshers are welcome.
- Basic understanding of React and component-based development.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and API integration.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Java, Python, or Go.
- Basic understanding of AWS cloud services.
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration.
- Familiarity with frontend testing tools and debugging techniques.
- Understanding of web application security and performance optimization.
