We are looking for experienced professionals from a Gold Loans background only with solid expertise in RCU, fraud risk management, and branch audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and strengthen end-to-end RCU processes, SOPs, audit frameworks, and escalation mechanisms.
- Lead field officers and conduct surprise branch audits.
- Investigate fraud cases involving gold substitution, pilferage, fake documentation, and auction irregularities.
- Monitor vault management, gold reconciliation, LTV compliance, and regulatory adherence.
- Develop fraud detection mechanisms, risk-based audit plans, and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with Risk, Internal Audit, Vigilance, and Operations teams.

What We’re Looking For:





- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification.
- 7+ years of experience in RCU, fraud risk management, or risk containment.
- Experience in setting up or scaling an RCU function.
- Strong understanding of gold loan operations, gold purity testing, vault management, auction processes, and RBI regulations.
- Gold loan industry experience will be preferred.
