Role Description The Quantity Surveyor role at SKA Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Sadar. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimating project costs, and assisting in tender preparation and evaluation. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project expenditures, supporting cost planning and forecasting, and preparing regular cost reports for management.

The Quantity

Surveyor will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to track variations, manage budgets, and support timely project delivery.



The role also includes verifying measurements, coordinating with procurement teams, and ensuring compliance with contractual and company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to monitor budgets and manage project expenses effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in BOQ preparation and verification to ensure accurate quantity measurement and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to support forecasting, budgeting, and regular financial updates for projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in residential construction projects, preferably within the Delhi NCR region.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying or estimation software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in office in Sadar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
