CAP ProjectX is a growing Design & Build firm delivering end-to-end commercial projects across retail, hospitality, F&B; and corporate spaces. We handle everything from concept and design to site execution.

About the Role

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to keep the numbers right on our projects: accurate quantities, fair rates, clean bills and tight cost control from estimate to final account. You'll understand how the work is built, protect project margins and keep costs under control from the first estimate to the final bill.

Key Responsibilities

- Study drawings, specifications and BOQs to prepare accurate quantity take-offs
- Prepare BOQs, rate analysis and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects
- Prepare, verify and certify RA bills for contractors and vendors based on progress and site measurements
- Maintain measurement books and conduct joint measurements with site engineers
- Visit sites to physically verify work progress and quantities
- Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparison statements to support procurement
- Identify and evaluate variations, non-tendered items and change orders with cost backup
- Track budget vs. actual cost and flag overruns early




- Maintain project-wise cost tracking sheets and progress reports
- Coordinate with architects, site teams and finance on work orders and payments
- Ensure documentation and approvals are in place before billing and payment
- Support weekly and monthly cost reports and cash flow projections
- Maintain material consumption and manpower productivity records

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or a qualification in Project Management
- 2–3 years of quantity surveying experience in interior fit-outs or commercial interiors
- Hands-on experience preparing and certifying RA bills
- Ability to read BOQs and take quantities from AutoCAD drawings
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, joinery and services
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
- Strong integrity, attention to detail and adherence to billing procedures
- Comfortable managing multiple project sites and travelling to site

Preferred
- Experience in retail, hospitality, F&B;, corporate office or villa and resort projects
- Design & Build background
