Buildexa is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage project cost estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQs, billing, and cost control for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of construction materials, civil works, estimation, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural and structural drawings.

- Conduct quantity take-offs for civil, structural, and finishing works.

- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and project budgets.

- Verify contractor bills, running account (RA) bills, and work completion quantities.

- Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and material bills.

- Monitor project expenses and maintain cost-control records.

- Coordinate with site engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors.

- Check material consumption and identify variations against BOQ quantities.

- Prepare variation statements and additional work cost estimates.

- Maintain measurement sheets, billing records, and other project-related documents.





- Assist in tender preparation, quotation comparison, and vendor negotiations.

- Ensure accuracy in measurements, quantities, and project cost reporting.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying in the construction industry.

- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and rate analysis.

- Experience in contractor billing, RA bills, and measurement sheets.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

- Robust analytical, calculation, documentation, and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and site execution

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
