Salary: USD 800 to 1,000 per month (approximately 76,000 to 96,000)

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, and costing.
- Experience in preparing quotations, budgets, and tender documents.
- Knowledge of construction materials and project cost control.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
