Quantity Take-Off: Calculate quantities of concrete, steel, plastering, flooring, tiles, POP, painting, and other construction works from drawings.

1. BOQ Preparation: Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with item descriptions, units, quantities, rates, and amounts.
2. Drawing Checking: Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to calculate quantities and identify discrepancies.
3. Rate Analysis: Calculate the cost of materials, labour, equipment, and other expenses for each work item.
4. Billing: Prepare and verify contractor bills, subcontractor bills, and client running account (RA) bills.
5. Site Measurement: Take actual measurements at the site and compare them with drawing quantities.
6. Material Estimation: Calculate the required quantity of cement, sand, aggregate, steel, tiles, granite, and other materials.
7. Purchase Orders: Prepare work orders and purchase orders based on approved quantities and rates.
8. Cost Control:



Monitor project expenses and compare actual costs with the budget.
9. Subcontractor Management: Check subcontractor work measurements, rates, quantities, and payment claims.
10. Variation Management: Calculate additional or reduced quantities when drawings or project requirements change.
11. Reconciliation: Reconcile materials issued, consumed, and remaining at the site.
12. Progress Tracking: Compare completed work quantities with planned quantities and report progress.
13. Documentation: Maintain measurement sheets, BOQs, work orders, bills, and quantity records.
14. Coordination: Coordinate with the site engineer, project manager, billing team, procurement team, and client.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
