Core Duties & Responsibilities

- Validate measurements for civil, electrical and equipment-installation scope against BOQ, approved drawings, delivery and site records.

- Review RA bill quantity support installed equipment reconciliation and milestone/payment evidence.

- Maintain variation-quantity support, reconciliation records and measurement traceability.

- Coordinate factual records with Civil/Electrical engineers, Store/Inventory and Contract resources.

- Identify billing discrepancies, missing evidence and quantity risks prior to recommendation.

- Support closeout quantity reconciliation and final measurement documentation.
