Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both Mivan and conventional construction methods, ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures at residential construction sites.
- Conduct inspections for Mivan formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, project standards, and quality requirements.
- Inspect incoming construction materials and coordinate material testing as per project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality checklists, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to approved construction methods and quality standards.
- Maintain records of site inspections,



concrete test results, material test reports, and other quality documents.
- Conduct regular site quality audits and ensure closure of observations within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure quality compliance at every stage of residential construction, from structural work to final finishing.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize defects and maintain high construction quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 6–13 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the real estate or construction industry.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Mivan and conventional construction methods.
- Robust experience in residential construction projects, preferably high-rise residential developments.
- Good knowledge of concrete technology, reinforcement, formwork, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Familiarity with quality documentation, inspection procedures, material testing, and construction standards.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Strong site coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidates: Professionals with experience in high-rise residential projects in Panvel, Navi Mumbai, or Mumbai will be preferred. Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and details of relevant residential project experience.
