Location: Tiruppur Factory, Tamil Nadu

BL International is looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our factory team for the following positions:

1. Quality Incharge

- Manage overall garment quality across production lines.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
- Identify defects, implement corrective actions, and minimize rejections.
- Supervise QC teams and coordinate with Production and Merchandising departments.
- Ensure timely inspections and maintain quality reports.

2. Quality Line QC

- Conduct inline quality checks during garment production.
- Identify stitching defects, measurement issues, and finishing errors.




- Ensure garments meet quality standards and approved samples.
- Coordinate with line supervisors to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection records and reduce defect rates.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in the apparel manufacturing/export industry.
- Solid knowledge of garment construction, stitching defects, and quality standards.
- Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.
