Lead and formalize the Test Environment Management function to plan, provision, monitor, and govern test environments ensuring readiness and stability across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and capture environment requirements, create and maintain Test Environment Management plans, establish environment design blueprints and configurations; provision and tear down environments using automation; replicate production-like data with compliance; manage integration validation and prevent configuration drift; monitor environment health and resolve blockers using service virtualization; coordinate changes across DevOps, infrastructure, cloud, release, application, data, security, and vendor teams; report on status, risks, readiness, and KPIs.
