Your Profile
· Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA
· You must have 10 - 15 years relevant experience
· Excellent knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies
· Knowledge of project management processes
· Experience in Auditing software projects.
· Experience in quality management
· Training and coaching skills
· Experience in using ALM/Configuration management tools e.g. JIRS,TFS, GIT
· Experience in working with multi-cultural team and good team player
· Excellent communication skills and soft skills
· Knowledge on ISO 9001:2015
· Certified Scrum Master, Scaled Agile Certification, Knowledge about SAFe
· Knowledge on CMMI and ISO 14001 is added advantage
· Certifications/Qualification like Lean/Six Sigma, Lead Auditor is added advantage
What You Need to Succeed
Process consultancy (areas like Product Lifecycle Management, Quality Management System, Root
Cause Analysis (RCA) and Industry best practices)
Provide process training (On-boarding,
QMS deployment and specific topics like RCA)
Agile Coaching (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban etc)
Process consultancy for metrics-based management and Process Capability baseline
Process related continuous improvements and automation suggestions
Compliance checks for milestone reviews (for specific projects),
Perform yearly Internal Audits
Support software development quality management system integration in collaboration with global teams
Support preparation for software development center ISO certification
