We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and dbt to ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across data pipelines and analytics systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and database testing using SQL.
- Develop automated testing scripts using Python.
- Implement dbt schema tests, data tests, and custom validations.
- Test ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations.
- Conduct regression, integration, and functional testing.
- Identify data defects, perform root cause analysis, and monitor data quality.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams.
- Support CI/CD processes and improve test automation frameworks.
Mandatory Skills: SQL, Python, and dbt. Additional Skills: Data Quality Testing, ETL/ELT Testing, Data Pipeline Testing, Data Validation, Test Automation, Git, and Data Warehousing.
