- Monitor quality of components during injection moulding production.
- Conduct first-piece, patrol/in-process and last-piece inspections.
- Verify components against approved drawings, specifications, samples and inspection standards.
- Monitor critical and major dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Check visual defects such as:
- Short moulding
- Flash
- Ensure inspection frequency is followed as per Control Plan.
- Immediately identify and segregate non-conforming material.
