Title: Quality Control Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Control Executive to perform product inspections, maintain quality records, identify defects, and ensure that materials and finished products meet established quality standards. Candidates with experience in nutraceuticals, supplements, food processing, pharmaceuticals, or related manufacturing industries are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to defined quality standards.

- Conduct routine quality checks and record inspection results.

- Identify product defects, quality deviations, and non-conformities and report them to the relevant department.

- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, batch records, and other quality-related documents.

- Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and applicable quality requirements.

- Assist in investigating recurring quality issues and identifying their root causes.

- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality.

- Apply quality analysis methods such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why Analysis, and Fishbone Analysis.

- Coordinate with production, purchase, warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality issues.





- Maintain records of accepted, rejected, and reworked materials or products.

- Verify the implementation of corrective actions.

- Assist with internal and external quality audits.

- Ensure proper handling and calibration of inspection and measuring equipment.

- Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate documentation.

- Follow applicable workplace safety, cleanliness, and quality-control procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) is preferred.

- Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and documentation.

- Understanding of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Analysis, and root-cause analysis.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality reporting.

- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet work deadlines.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
