About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our growing team for Structured Cabling & Networking projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across cabling installation, testing, termination, and overall project execution.

The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and a passion for delivering excellence in quality assurance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.

· Devise and review specifications for products or processes.

· Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.

· Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.

· Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.

· Oversee all Cabling/testing development procedures to identify deviations from quality

· standards.

· Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.

· Approve the right Cable Testing/ Termination/Quality of work/Cable laying or reject defectives.

· Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.

· Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.





· Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.

· Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient

Procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Structured Cabling & Networking standards
- Excellent understanding of cable testing, termination, and quality inspection processes
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Result-driven approach with high accountability
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and compliance standards
- Ability to perform data analysis and statistical reporting

Eligibility Criteria

- 2–5 Years of proven experience as a Quality Manager in Structured Cabling & Networking Industry
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.A.) in Business Administration or relevant field
- Certification in Quality Control / ISO 9000 will be an added advantage
