A filter bag’s performance starts with the quality of its fabric, construction and fit. A missed stitching defect or dimensional variation can affect its performance in the plant.

At Masturlal Fabrichem, we are looking for a technically robust, hands-on Quality Control professional for our industrial filter bag manufacturing facility in Vadodara.

Your responsibilities:

- Incoming material inspection: Verify filter media against approved specifications, including GSM, thickness, air permeability, tensile strength and elongation, as applicable.
- In-process quality control: Inspect cutting accuracy, stitching quality, stitch density, seam construction, reinforcement and workmanship throughout production.
- Dimensional and fitment checks: Verify bag diameter, length, snap-band/cuff dimensions, bottom construction and other critical tolerances against customer drawings.
- Finished product inspection: Check bags for fabric damage, pinholes, skipped stitches, open seams and membrane defects, where applicable, before dispatch.
- Quality documentation and traceability: Maintain inspection reports, material and batch traceability, test records and calibration schedules.




- Root-cause analysis and corrective action: Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints, and work with production to prevent recurring defects.

Who we’re looking for:

- Diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience in quality control within industrial textiles, technical textiles, nonwovens or filter bag manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings, use measuring instruments and maintain accurate inspection records.
- Familiarity with woven and needle-felt filter media; exposure to polyester, aramid, PPS, P84, PTFE or fiberglass would be an advantage.
- A practical approach to shop-floor quality, strong attention to detail and the confidence to flag deviations before they reach the customer.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of quality—from incoming fabric to the finished filter bag.
