Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Quality Auditors – Pest Control Operations. The role involves conducting customer service audits, training technicians on service standards, and handling customer complaints to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Audits & Quality Assurance
- Conduct customer feedback calls and service quality audits after pest control visits.
- Verify service completion, technician conduct, customer satisfaction, and adherence to SOPs.
- Identify service gaps and coordinate corrective actions with operations teams.
- Maintain digital audit records and prepare quality reports.
- Technician Training & Development
- Train technicians on service SOPs, customer communication, safety practices, and professional conduct.
- Conduct refresher training and assess adherence to service standards.
- Identify training needs and support continuous performance improvement.




- Customer Complaint Handling
- Receive, record, and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate recurring issues and critical complaints to the relevant teams.
- Analyse complaint trends and recommend preventive actions.
- Digital Reporting & Coordination
- Use Hommlie’s digital platforms to record audits, customer feedback, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with operations and field teams to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate reports and track action items to closure.

Qualifications & Skills
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with backgrounds in life sciences, agriculture, environmental science, or related fields are preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observation, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn digital applications.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and interact with field technicians when required.
