Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at MIA’s Kochi centre. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance frameworks for training programs, assessments, and learner services. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring academic and operational processes, conducting audits of course delivery, reviewing training materials, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external accreditation standards.

The Quality Assurance

Manager will collect and analyze performance data,



oversee feedback and complaint resolution, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with academic and administrative teams. The role also involves mentoring staff on quality standards, contributing to process improvements, supporting digital and blended learning quality checks, and preparing periodic quality reports for leadership.

Qualifications

- Robust background in quality management, including experience in developing QA frameworks, conducting audits, and implementing process improvements in educational or training environments.
- Skills in data analysis, documentation, and reporting to track performance indicators, evaluate program effectiveness, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work with trainers, support staff, and leadership teams across multiple centers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced, learner-focused settings.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, online assessment tools, and blended learning quality standards is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, quality management, healthcare, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in academic quality assurance, training institute operations, or exam preparation organizations will be considered a strong asset.
