Role Description The Quality Assurance Quality Control role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamshedpur. The role involves monitoring and inspecting aerospace components and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Daily responsibilities include performing in-process and final inspections, reviewing documentation, recording and analyzing quality data, and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.

The position also requires collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to prevent defects, enhance process capability, and maintain robust quality systems.



The individual will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support audits, and ensure that all work adheres to safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to support compliance, documentation, and system improvements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related standards applicable to aerospace or high-precision industries.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using measurement tools, inspection instruments, and quality documentation systems.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or a related field; prior experience in aerospace or heavy manufacturing is an advantage.
