Role Description The Quality Assurance Executive role at MomsMade is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing daily quality checks across production lines, ensuring products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

The Quality Assurance

Executive will implement and monitor quality control procedures, conduct routine audits, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions. The role includes collaborating with production and R&D; teams to validate processes, maintain hygiene and safety protocols, and support continuous improvement initiatives.



The position also involves updating quality documentation, assisting in compliance with food safety certifications, and training operations staff on quality best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor product consistency and adherence to standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to develop frameworks, conduct inspections, and drive corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology to understand ingredients, processing methods, and food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with HACCP, FSSAI, or other relevant food safety systems and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to document and report issues clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site and communicate effectively with production staff.
- Relevant degree/ master degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality roles within snack manufacturing or packaged foods is highly beneficial.
