We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to help ensure our software applications meet functional requirements and deliver a reliable user experience. The role involves testing application features, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to improve software quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Test web applications and software features against defined requirements.
- Prepare test scenarios and execute functional and regression tests.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies.
- Verify fixes and ensure issues are resolved correctly.
- Collaborate with developers to investigate and reproduce defects.
- Perform cross-browser and basic responsive testing.
- Maintain test documentation and report testing outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Understanding of software testing concepts and development life cycles.
- Familiarity with test cases, bug reporting, and defect tracking.
- Basic knowledge of web applications, databases, and SQL is an advantage.
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Postman, or browser developer tools is beneficial.
- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
