Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Developers with hands-on experience in the Quadient Inspire Suite, including Designer, Interactive, and Scaler. The ideal candidate should have experience in document composition, system integration, data handling, and troubleshooting to develop reliable, high-quality customer communication solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using the Quadient Inspire Suite.
- Create and manage document templates and customer communications using Quadient Inspire tools.
- Integrate various software components, applications, and data sources to build functional solutions.
- Ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of integrated systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following development standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accurate document generation and system functionality.
- Optimize workflows and integrated systems for improved performance and efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation for integrations, configurations, and development processes.
- Follow version control procedures and support release management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams, including India–US delivery teams.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, confidentiality requirements, NDAs, and employment policies.
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the Quadient Inspire Suite, particularly:
- Quadient Inspire Designer
- Quadient Inspire Interactive
- Quadient Inspire Scaler
- Strong understanding of document composition and customer communications management (CCM).




- Experience in application integration, data handling, and workflow optimization.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of code quality, maintainability, and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to follow technical documentation, implementation guides, and structured instructions.
- Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements.
- Positive written communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

Good to Have
- Basic exposure to commercially available AI models and their applications in the software development lifecycle.
- Experience working on enterprise customer communication or document generation projects.
- Familiarity with version control and software release processes.

Work Requirements
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Must be available to work the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift.
- Must be comfortable coordinating with teams in India and the United States.
- Must adhere to company security, confidentiality, behavioural, and compliance policies.

Interested candidates with relevant Quadient Inspire development experience are encouraged to apply. Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
