1. Responsible for effectively manage the site Quality Control activities and resources necessary to smoothly run the QC operation at site.

1. Responsible for defining operational strategy and road map for quality control Management at site and define site quality control goals & strategy in line with Sun Pharma compliance , product quality management objectivities and regularity requirements.

1. Responsible for efficient use of resources and adequate staffing of all areas with capable trained personnel s aligned to operational and departmental objectives.

1. Performance measures are utilized to ensure the departmental activities are effective and timely and as the basis for continuous improvement.

1. Responsible to coach and develop both direct and as appropriate , indirect reports through ongoing example-based performance feedback , annual performance reviews and the provision of training and development opportunities.

Ensure the performance issues are managed in consistent and timely manner . develop site quality revenue and capital budget and headcount projections ,track and manage expenditures and headcount to budget over the fiscal year.

1. Responsible for ensuring availability of adequate resources , including manpower to maintain Compliance with GXP requirements.

1. Assure all time readiness at site for regularity agency inspection and appropriate implementation of corrective actions regarding observations made by the agencies.

1. Responsible for ensuring compliance to regularity requirements on products process and release procedures

1. Responsible for ensuring smooth collaboration with all Sun Pharma Sites and leveraging synergies.

1. Accountable for designing/implementing site quality control policies , standards and QC systems.

1. Responsible for facilitate internal and regularity agency audits , ensuring that findings from site QC audits are understood assessed and addressed site wide in a comprehensive manner.

1. Monitor Industry trends /issues faced internally and identify scope for improving site Quality control management &
- Processes .

Identify and implement solution for improving existing site quality control systems and processes

2. Perform all work in accordance with all established regularity and compliance and safety requirements.

1. Perform all work in support of our corporate values of pride , Accountability , Integrity and Diligence.

1. Act as a system owner and ensure laboratory computerized systems are validated for its intended use through its life cycle.

1. Ensure the compliances

1. Ensure GXP computerized system are compliant to 21 CFR part 11 and EU Annex 11 readiness and adequate security and controls are available to ensure date security.

2. Responsible for carrying out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time orally or in writing by head as per the requirement.
