Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in residential real estate and construction projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in quality assurance and quality control for both Mivan and conventional construction methods, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures at construction sites.
- Inspect construction activities, including Mivan formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and applicable quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and material quality checks to ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, quality reports, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.




- Identify non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions, and monitor closure.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality inspections, test reports, and material approvals.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure that construction activities meet the required quality standards.
- Support internal and external quality audits and drive continuous improvement in site quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 6–13 years of experience in QA/QC within the real estate or construction industry.
- Robust hands-on experience in both Mivan and conventional construction.
- Good knowledge of concrete technology, reinforcement, formwork, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Familiarity with quality documentation, inspection procedures, and construction standards.
- Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in high-rise residential or large-scale residential construction projects will be preferred. Interested candidates can share their updated CV with details of their current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
