– Quality Associate / Executive Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Department: Quality (QA/QC) Key ResponsibilitiesPerform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections. Inspect components as per engineering drawings and specifications. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
Identify defects related to dimensions, burrs, hole positions, and surface finish. Maintain inspection reports and quality records. Segregate rejected/rework components and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions.
Required
SkillsBasic knowledge of engineering drawings and dimensional inspection. Familiarity with measuring instruments. Basic MS Excel and documentation skills. Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred: Candidates with exposure to CNC/VMC machining or aluminium component manufacturing.
