Job Summary

We are seeking a highly meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to join our wet wipes manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing daily production hygiene standards, auditing ongoing line processes, managing batch documentation, and mitigating microbiological risks. You will ensure that every production run strictly complies with cGMP, ISO 9001, and global cosmetics/hygiene standards, securing product safety from initial liquid formulation to high-speed final packaging.

Key Responsibilities

1. In-Process & Line Quality Control

- Conduct routine shop-floor audits across slitting, liquid blending, folding, and packaging stages.
- Monitor physical metrics including wipe dimensions, solution loading percentages, seal integrity, and tear strength.
- Enforce stringent cleanroom protocols, zoning regulations, and line-clearance checks prior to shift handovers.

2. Liquid Formulation & Lab Oversight

- Supervise the quality control laboratory to verify chemical assays and microbiological testing protocols critical to water-based wet wipe safety.
- Audit raw materials, chemical solutions, and non-woven substrate reels against internal specifications.
- Track water purification plant parameters (RO/EDI systems) to guarantee chemical and microbial compliance for batch mixing.

3. QMS & Technical Documentation

- Prepare, review,



and archive critical plant records, including Batch Production Records (BPR), Certificates of Analysis (COA), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain complete traceability logs for raw materials, active cosmetic ingredients, and packaging materials.
- Support external facility audits conducted by clients, third-party certifiers, or local regulatory bodies.

4. Deviation & CAPA Management

- Log deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and customer quality complaints.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) alongside production engineers to implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Isolate non-conforming batches to eliminate manufacturing waste and prevent cross-contamination.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Bio-Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience: 2–5 years of QA/QC experience inside a wet wipes, personal care, cosmetics, or hygiene products manufacturing environment.
- Standards Proficiency: Firm understanding of cGMP (Current Valuable Manufacturing Practices), ISO 9001, ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP), and microbiological hygiene protocols

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
