We are looking for an experienced and results-driven QA Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across our products and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, quality management, and team leadership, with a robust ability to establish QA strategies, improve testing processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, test automation, defect management, and quality metrics, along with proven experience managing QA teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage QA activities across multiple products and service-based projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, testing standards, and quality processes.
- Oversee manual and automated testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure testing effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor QA engineers, automation engineers, and testing leads.
- Collaborate with development, product management, business analysis, and project management teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive test automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Oversee defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution processes.
- Ensure appropriate test planning, test case development, execution, and documentation.
- Identify risks and implement preventive measures to minimize production defects.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, release criteria, and delivery timelines.
- Provide regular updates on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 10–15+ years of overall experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a QA Manager or equivalent QA leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience managing QA for both product development and IT services environments.
- Good understanding of manual testing and test automation frameworks.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing QA teams across multiple projects or product lines.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated testing into development workflows.
- Knowledge of performance, API, integration, and security testing.
- Experience establishing QA standards, processes, and quality metrics across teams.
- Experience working with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
