Role & responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

- Define end-to-end application architecture and technical roadmaps.
- Create and review HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Design scalable, secure, high-performance, and cloud-native solutions.
- Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
- Drive technology selection and architectural governance.

Development & Coding
- Provide hands-on development using Python and contemporary full-stack technologies.
- Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive application performance improvements.
- Promote reusable components, frameworks, and development accelerators.

Full Stack Engineering




- Architect and guide frontend development using React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Design backend systems using Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, and microservices architecture.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, databases, and third-party systems.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and API management solutions.

Cloud & DevOps
- Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Drive CI/CD adoption and automation using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Ensure application scalability, monitoring, logging, and operational excellence.
