Hiring: Executive / Senior Executive – Purchase

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Executive and Senior Executive – Purchase for our real estate and construction projects in Amritsar and Jalandhar.

The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement of construction materials, vendor management, price negotiation, purchase order processing, and coordination with project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and project-related supplies.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors and suppliers for construction requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per approved requirements and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, stores, accounts, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Monitor material quality, delivery timelines, and supplier performance.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, and procurement documentation.
- Track pending orders, material requirements,



and outstanding deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; qualifications in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in purchase or procurement within the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry.
- Good knowledge of construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation; ERP experience will be an added advantage.
