Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, coordinate with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure the timely purchase of medical devices, equipment, and other required materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, invoices, and vendor databases.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.




- Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice verification and vendor payments.
- Monitor pending orders and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain purchase data and reports using MS Excel and relevant accounting software.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; Commerce or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in purchase or procurement.
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and inventory coordination.
- Tally or ERP software experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in medical devices or equipment procurement will be preferred.
