Role Overview

We are looking for a candidate with 3–5 years of experience in the Purchase/Procurement Department to support audit activities related to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

Key Responsibilities

- Review purchase transactions related to goods and services.
- Support audit activities within the Purchase Department.
- Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs), vendor databases, and material lists.
- Verify purchase documentation and ensure compliance with established procurement processes.




- Work with SAP for basic procurement-related activities and transaction checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement, covering the purchase of goods and services.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, including commonly used transaction codes (T-codes).
- Familiarity with Purchase Requisitions (PRs), vendor master data, and material lists.
- Prior audit experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Valuable attention to detail and understanding of procurement processes.
