Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Public Relations Intern role based in Surat. The intern will support day-to-day PR activities, including drafting and editing press releases, media notes, and company announcements.

Responsibilities include assisting in building and maintaining media lists, coordinating with journalists and influencers, and helping manage media queries. The intern will contribute to event-related PR efforts, monitor media coverage, and prepare basic reports and summaries. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging,



supporting social media amplification of PR activities, and performing administrative tasks related to public relations campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Public Relations and Media Relations to help build and maintain professional relationships with media outlets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Strategic Communications to support the creation of clear, accurate, and targeted PR content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including concise written communication and professional verbal interaction.
- Candidates should have the ability to research and synthesize information quickly, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should demonstrate organization and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic PR or marketing tools is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
