About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, highly communicative, and result-oriented skilled to lead Public Relations (PR), strategic alliance development, and business networking initiatives across key industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with industry experts, senior executives, industry associations, and institutional stakeholders to identify strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and build relationships with industry experts, decision-makers, and senior professionals across sectors such as Railways, Aerospace, Defence, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, and allied industries.
- Develop and propose strategic alliances, collaborations, and business partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, industry interactions, conferences, and institutional engagements.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with key industry leaders to explore business synergies and long-term collaborations.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry influencers, consultants, technology partners,



and potential business associates and enhance the organization's corporate visibility, brand reputation, and industry presence
- Develop professional communication, presentations, proposals, and partnership pitches.
- Follow up on business leads, meetings, and collaboration opportunities to convert them into meaningful business relationships.
- Maintain a structured database of key contacts, networking activities, prospective alliances, and business development opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Corporate Relations, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, or Institutional Networking.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Extroverted, confident, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with senior industry professionals.
- A proactive go-getter with strong networking abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to initiate conversations, build trust, influence stakeholders, and develop long-term professional relationships.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for industry meetings, conferences, and business development activities as required.
