Role Objective

Continuously build a verified database of owner-direct residential and commercial properties available for sale and lease, while developing long-term landlord relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Search fresh inventory through 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, NoBroker, builders, databases and other market sources.

Make high-volume owner/property calls and verify genuine availability.

Collect complete property information: location, area, configuration, floor, parking, price/rent, deposit, furnishing, availability, negotiability, brokerage and photos/videos.

Enter every usable verified property accurately into CRM/Excel.

Follow up with owners periodically and keep inventory current.

Develop relationships with owners holding multiple properties

Attempt to secure direct, priority or exclusive mandates wherever possible.





Coordinate with the sales team when sourced inventory matches an active requirement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

0–3 years in real estate sourcing, telecalling, lead generation, CRM or inside sales preferred

Comfortable making approximately 40–60 calls per day.

Positive owner rapport, systematic follow-up and data discipline.

Comfortable with property portals, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.

Key Performance Indicators

40–60 owner/property calls per day (indicative)

8–12 fresh verified properties per day (indicative, quality dependent)

CRM accuracy and completeness

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
