Role Description The Property Consultant will work in office in Kochi in a full-time capacity, supporting clients through every stage of their property search and purchase. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable properties, and conducting property tours. The role involves explaining project features, pricing, and terms, handling inquiries, and maintaining regular follow-up to build trust and close sales.

Consultant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate property information, prepare basic documentation, and keep records updated in CRM or sales tools.



This role also includes staying informed about local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide informed guidance and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Consulting skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client interaction.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and long-term relationship building.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing property transactions.
- Knowledge of Real Estate markets, preferably in Kerala, and familiarity with residential and commercial property trends.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales or consulting is highly preferred; experience in retail or hospitality sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain organized records and reports.
- Basic proficiency in office and CRM software; fluency in English and local languages is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
