The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational and financial management of properties, including budget control and maintenance requests.
The Property Manager will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external vendors to resolve property-related issues.
- Manage and maintain property inventory.
- Address and resolve maintenance requests raised by property occupants.
- Supervise property staff and oversee day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in property management or the hospitality sector.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Detail-oriented, with solid communication skills.
