About the Role
Zorba Estates is looking for a Property Advisory Executive to understand client requirements, suggest suitable property options, and coordinate with the respective teams to help clients find the right property.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, and preferred locations.
- Guide clients regarding suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Collect and maintain accurate client information.
- Match client requirements with available property options.
- Coordinate with property owners, buyers, sellers, and internal teams.
- Follow up with clients and share relevant property details.
- Assist in scheduling property visits and coordinating enquiries.
- Maintain client records and update information in the company CRM.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in real estate and property advisory services.
- Ability to understand client needs and suggest suitable options.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
- Salary will be based on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and interview performance.
