UrbanCraft Properties is seeking an active, results-driven Property Advisor to connect clients with residential and commercial properties, including plots and investment opportunities. You will manage end-to-end sales interactions—from lead generation and client consultation to property visits and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation &
- Sales:
Identify client requirements, budget constraints, preferred locations, and investment goals. Showcase project features, explain benefits, and close property sales.
- Lead Generation &
- Follow-Up:
Build prospective buyer and investor leads via multiple channels. Handle inquiries and conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects.
- Site Visits: Schedule and coordinate on-site property visits with clients and developers/owners, collecting feedback post-visit.
- Market Insights: Keep track of Berhampur's local property trends, pricing, upcoming projects, and viable investment options to recommend suitable plots/properties.
- Documentation &
- Registration:
Assist clients with property paperwork, title verifications, agreements, and registration formalities.
- CRM &
- Targets:
Maintain records and client details in the CRM, achieve monthly sales targets, and report performance regularly.
Requirements &
- Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in sales or real estate (freshers with robust communication skills may also apply).
- Skills: Solid interpersonal/communication skills and familiarity with the local Berhampur real estate market.
- Travel: Personal two-wheeler preferred for field/site visits.
