Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects and site-level IT operations to enhance employee experience and ensure timely delivery of IT assets and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve IT experience for COE employees; prepare and execute enhancement plans; consult with IT support and employees to simplify and solve problems; coordinate with global teams, stakeholders, and vendors; delegate and track project tasks; manage procurement and deployment of IT assets; maintain site IT documentation and conduct infrastructure audits; lead IT communication and manage IT events; analyze device purchase options and manage disposal processes; ensure timely delivery of IT infrastructure projects with risk management and escalation.
