Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage site identification, feasibility, infrastructure development and end-to-end project execution for offices, warehouses, Solar Marts and Industrial Marts across India.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in project management, civil and interior execution, vendor coordination, budgeting and multi-location infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate suitable commercial properties for offices, warehouses, Solar Marts and Industrial Marts.
- Conduct site feasibility assessments based on commercial, operational and business requirements.
- Prepare site evaluation reports and recommendations for management approval.
- Lead end-to-end project execution from property possession to operational handover.
- Manage civil modifications, interior fit-outs, branding, signage and infrastructure development.
- Coordinate electrical systems, power backup (DG/UPS), internet,



networking, CCTV, access control, fire and safety systems, HVAC, furniture, security and utilities.
- Manage architects, contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Negotiate commercial terms, monitor SLAs and certify completed work.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, milestone trackers and progress reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely project closure and smooth handover to business teams.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Infrastructure Development, Facilities Management or Corporate Administration.
- Experience in setting up offices, warehouses, retail outlets or industrial facilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects or locations across India.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, interior fit-outs, electrical infrastructure and facility readiness.
- Proven experience in vendor and contractor management, budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
