Role & responsibilities

- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets based on client requirements.

- Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members.

- Monitor the progress of projects and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure that the project goals are met.

- Manage project risks and issues, and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.

- Manage project budget and ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints.

- Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations (including documents like sprint plan, capacity plan, release notes etc.)

- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regularly to provide updates on project progress.

- Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.





- Build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders, and identify opportunities for additional services and projects.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

- At least 4 years of experience in project management in a service-based IT company.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget, timelines, and quality standards.

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.

- PMP certification is a plus.
