Role Description The Project Manager role at GMP Technical Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Sanand, focusing on the delivery of clean room and engineering projects within the pharmaceutical and allied industries.

The Project

Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and inspection teams, as well as external vendors and clients, to manage materials expediting, site readiness,



and installation activities. The role involves monitoring project progress, resolving technical and operational issues, preparing status reports, and supporting inspections and audits to maintain compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

The Project

Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement of project processes, risk management, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in engineering or construction environments.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor experience and Expediting to manage material and equipment deliveries.
- Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including Inspection coordination and quality oversight of manufactured and installed components.
- Candidates should possess logistics-related skills, such as Logistics Management and coordination of material movement to project sites.
- Relevant experience in clean room, pharmaceutical, MEP, or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in project planning tools, MS Office, and basic reporting; familiarity with ERP or project management software is an advantage.
