About the RoleBwiz Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Enterprise Delivery (US Clients) to lead complex technology projects for US-based enterprise clients.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role for a skilled who can take ownership of projects end to end, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, identify risks early, and ensure delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience working with US enterprise clients, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining regular overlap with US client time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through execution, release, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, resource plans, and risk registers.
- Lead project meetings, track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Coordinate engineering, design, QA, business, and client-side stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to US clients and internal leadership.
- Identify delivery risks early and drive timely escalations with practical recommendations.
- Manage scope changes, expectations, acceptance criteria, defects, rework, and release readiness.
- Ensure project quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.
- Improve delivery processes, reporting templates, project governance, and lessons-learned practices.
- Maintain regular working-hour overlap with US client teams as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- 15+ years of experience in project or program management,



including substantial delivery ownership for US-based enterprise clients.
- Proven experience managing complex technology or software delivery projects involving multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of software development and coordination across engineering, design, QA, and business functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience engaging senior client stakeholders.
- Strong capabilities in project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, scope control, and change management.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without relying on direct reporting authority.
- Proactive, structured, and accountable approach to delivery, quality, and escalation management.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement from Gurgaon or Pune, with 3 days per week in the office.
- Ability to maintain regular overlap with US client time zones.
- Comfortable with a contract engagement.
