Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager –

- Civil with strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in executing high-rise residential construction projects. The candidate should have a sound understanding of civil engineering, project planning, site execution, quality control, and overall project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential construction projects.
- Monitor site progress, project timelines, quality standards, and construction budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Review structural and architectural drawings and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and resources for smooth project execution.
- Monitor RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, finishing, and other civil activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare progress reports, MIS, and project updates for management.




- Identify execution challenges and implement effective solutions.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing high-rise residential construction projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in civil construction, site execution, and project management.
- Excellent understanding of structural drawings, construction methodologies, and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of planning, quality control, safety, and project coordination.
- Ability to manage contractors, site teams, and multiple construction activities.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with reputed real estate developers/builders will be preferred.
