Buildexa is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee end-to-end construction project execution, planning, budgeting, quality control, and team coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within the approved budget, timeline, and quality standards while maintaining effective coordination between site engineers, architects, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of construction projects from planning to project handover.

- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, milestones, and resource requirements.

- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.

- Coordinate with site engineers, architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.

- Supervise civil, structural, finishing, and other construction activities.

- Monitor project budgets, expenses, material consumption, and cost variations.

- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Review BOQs, estimates, work orders, contractor bills, and project-related expenses.

- Plan material procurement and ensure timely availability of materials at the site.

- Identify project delays, execution challenges, and technical issues, and implement corrective measures.

- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.

- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, construction standards, and applicable regulations.

- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, measurement records, and site updates.

- Coordinate with clients to communicate project progress,



resolve concerns, and manage expectations.

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure productivity and accountability.

- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for management.

- Ensure proper coordination between design, procurement, accounts, and execution teams.

- Handle project handover, snag-list closure, and final documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 5–10 years of experience in construction project management or site execution.

- Strong experience in residential, villa, apartment, or commercial construction projects.

- Valuable knowledge of structural works, finishing works, construction drawings, and site execution.

- Experience in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and contractor management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.

- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
