- Role Description -
- End-to-end project execution from mobilization to handover.
- Manage civil, PEB, structural steel, erection and associated works.
- Lead and control contractors, subcontractors, engineers and site manpower.
- Plan and monitor project schedule, milestones and daily progress.
- Coordinate with client, PMC, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
- Manage manpower, materials,



machinery and work fronts.
- Monitor quality, productivity, documentation and project progress.
- Identify delays/bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with QA/QC, Safety, Planning, Procurement and Commercial teams.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma – Civil Engineering.
- 12–20 years of experience in industrial construction/project execution.
- Strong experience in PEB, structural steel, industrial civil works and turnkey/EPC projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple contractors/subcontractors.
- Should have independently handled large industrial project sites.
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Should be willing to take complete ownership of site execution.

Important This is a hands-on project leadership position. We are looking for someone who can independently drive the complete project execution team and contractors, not only supervise civil works.
